£390,000 Orthopaedic Claims Compensation for Woman

Our client was injured at work when the trolley she was pulling became caught, toppled over, and injured her leg.  She was immediately taken to hospital where she was x-rayed to identify the damage suffered.  Although the x-ray clearly showed a fracture to her knee, this was not picked up by the A&E doctors.  The clinical negligence our client suffered at hospital meant that the fracture was not picked up until she visited the hospital again several months later.

Our client made a clinical negligence claim and with help from our expert clinical negligence solicitors she was awarded compensation of £390,000.
