Compensation awarded to client following negligent foot surgery

Paul Sankey, a Partner in the Clinical negligence team was contacted by our client and managed to secure compensation for her terrible pain and suffering during 2011. Not only did Paul enable our client to get access to medical treatment that she didn’t realise was available, but he also managed to engage the services of a care specialist who visited the client at home to advise on home adaptations required due to her disability (such as a walk in shower).
