Clinical Negligence Solicitors, Russell Jones and Walker, acted on behalf of a lady who underwent a 'Cleavage Sparing Mastectomy' by surgeon Mr Ian Paterson in Birmingham a number of years ago. The surgery is usually carried out to strict NHS guidelines. However, in our client's case, the surgeon left behind excess tissue within the breast. Fortunately for our client she read an article about the issue in the local press and was able to have surgery to remove the excess breast tissue.

Compensation Following Late Diagnosis of Fracture

A man unfortunately suffered a long delay in diagnosis of a fractured arm due to the hospital failing to carry out x-rays. The delay meant that when he was finally diagnosed, he was forced to undergo a very intrusive series of operations, which took place. It is expected that our client will make a good recovery.
