Clinical Negligence Solicitors, Russell Jones and Walker, acted on behalf of a lady who underwent a 'Cleavage Sparing Mastectomy' by surgeon Mr Ian Paterson in Birmingham a number of years ago. The surgery is usually carried out to strict NHS guidelines. However, in our client's case, the surgeon left behind excess tissue within the breast. Fortunately for our client she read an article about the issue in the local press and was able to have surgery to remove the excess breast tissue.

Dental Errors After Equipment Used Incorrectly

Whilst a woman was undergoing a routine dental extraction she suffered facial burns due to the dentist using the equipment in the wrong manner. The dental negligence our client went through meant that she suffered two years of dental pain.
