Clinical Negligence Solicitors, Russell Jones and Walker, acted on behalf of a lady who underwent a 'Cleavage Sparing Mastectomy' by surgeon Mr Ian Paterson in Birmingham a number of years ago. The surgery is usually carried out to strict NHS guidelines. However, in our client's case, the surgeon left behind excess tissue within the breast. Fortunately for our client she read an article about the issue in the local press and was able to have surgery to remove the excess breast tissue.

Compensation for Man Following Severe Dental Errors

A man underwent dental treatment to replace the bridge of a tooth at his local clinic. Following the surgery he was immediately unhappy with the results, and made a dental errors claim for the damage caused.
