Client Falsely Diagnosed With Skin Cancer

A client of ours was advised to have an operation to remove six moles from various parts of her body.  Following the surgery she was left with multiple scars.  After the removal and examination of a mole our client was diagnosed with melanoma (skin cancer) and was advised to have a further five moles removed.  However, only a few days after the surgery to remove the moles our client was advised that her test results had been reviewed and her mole was in fact not cancerous.

Our client made a clinical negligence claim and with help from our expert clinical negligence solicitors was awarded £15,000 compensation for the pain and suffering she had been subjected to
