Crucial Birth Injury Errors Result in Death of Amaan Hussain

A child, Amaan Hussain, died after terrible mistakes were made by his local hospital during the course of his birth.  His parents made a birth injury claim after the child was left severely disabled.  He died aged only 14 months old.

The officials at the hospital are still to apologise to the parents of the child for the mistakes they made, but £80,000 in compensation has been recovered by our expert birth injury solicitors.
