Elderly Lady Injured in Road Traffic Accident

Our client was a passenger travelling in a taxi along a main road when another driver cut across their lane and collided with the front end of the taxi. She suffered bruising to her ribs and breast and needed help exiting the vehicle. She suffered from her injuries for between 8 - 10 weeks from the date of the accident.
