As a man was crossing the road at a zebra crossing he was knocked over by a car which had failed to stop. He suffered a fractured leg because of the Road Traffic Accident.

Hamama Yaffai was 6 years old when she was struck by a car as she was crossing a road near her home. She was with her older brother (aged 8) and her father. Neither her father nor brother were Injured but both suffered with shock, as did her mother who heard the collision from their house which was 50 metres away.

Russell Jones & Walker have successfully recovered a large amount of compensation for a lady that was injured due to a road traffic accident. Our claimant was parked in a car park when she witnessed a child being knocked off her bike on the main road. She ran over to make sure that the young girl was alright. Whilst she was making sure that the child was ok, the defendant became angry and threatened to run the claimant over in his car.

Claimant injured in a road traffic accident awarded £100, 000

The claimant was injured in a road traffic accident which had led him suffering a significant soft tissue injury to his foot and ankle resulting in an operative treatment. The accident accelerated a pre-existing degenerative disease in his ankle by a period of two years and the claimant was also suffering with post-traumatic flatfoot deformity that was attributable to the accident. Unfortunately other injuries were also encountered such as degenerative joint disease in the subtalar joint of his foot alongside other ongoing restrictions.
