Call for Witnesses: Fatal Cycling Accident at Dalston Junction, London

The mother of cyclist Daniel Cox, who died after a collision with a lorry, is calling for witnesses to the fatal accident which happened at the junction of Dalston Lane and Kingsland Road at 4.45pm on Wednesday February 2nd, 2011.

Ms Cox has instructed Paul Kitson of law firm Russell Jones & Walker to handle the case and is appealing to witnesses to come forward to assist them.

Keen cyclist and aspiring art curator, Daniel Cox, 28, was cycling when he was involved in a cycling accident when a large Mercedes lorry collided with him. He was taken to the Royal London Hospital in a critical condition but died from his injuries two days later.
