Our Management team
The Senior Management Team at RJW is headed by Neil Kinsella, Chief Executive, who works closely with the firms Chief Operating Officer, Geoff Drake.
Neil's aim is to ensure the firm meets its strategic goals, maintains its core values and above all provides 'access to justice'.
The firm's key goal is the continuous development of a sustainable legal business which responds to threats and opportunities in the legal services market by creating and maintaining a diverse range of work and clients, by growing the business in an innovative and controlled manner.
In order to achieve this the firm has created two divisions each with a distinct focus:
Russell Jones & Walker Partnership "RJW", offering legal services for:
- membership organisations and other affinity groups;
- individuals in their personal, employment and business affairs; and
- businesses
"4 Legal", separately identified and branded, delivering standardised products and processes for:
- membership organisations and other affinity groups;
- individuals and
- businesses (either directly or ‘white-labeled’);
To respond to pressures within the legal market and to ensure the firm is in a position to react to the threats and opportunities as a result of the implementation of the Legal Services Act 2007 and the introduction of the concept of the alternative business structure framework, RJW has established 4 Legal to deliver legal solutions and services outside of its core legal practice.
