Some of the organisations supported by the firm through its pro bono work include:

• Personal injury partner Liz Dux providing pro bono advice to Victim Support on obtaining compensation for victims of crimes of violence and advising the Crossroads Women's Centre and Women Against Rape in their work in obtaining compensation for victims of sex abuse, assault and rape
• Our employment department taking on cases on a pro bono basis before they receive funding from other bodies (such as the Equality and Human Rights Commission), providing advice through  the BPP Legal Advice line and the Free Representation Unit and directly to charities such as Working Families and Jobs in Mind
• Other London departments help out at the Waterloo Legal Advice Centre in London giving advice on issues including housing, employment, consumer rights, family, personal injury, small claims, wills & probate, debt and welfare issues and sit on the LawWorks mediation panel
• Our Cardiff office provides pro bono help to a local Citizens Advice Bureau and a law centre
• In Manchester, our Family department provides regular pro bono advice to Families Need Fathers and our property department has given advice to a local parish council
