Dependent on the nature of the paralegal role, our typical recruitment process consists of online or in-house tests and a first interview with an HR representative, a Partner and/ or head of department. If you are successful at this stage, you may be invited to a second interview with another member of the legal team. All stages happen in close succession to keep your application moving. We aim to have the best candidates on board as soon as possible.
